I have to assume that in his culture, the length of the skullet shows a sign of power and prestige because in the culture I live in, called the real world, it’s a big neon sign that says “avoid this dude”.

I can assure you, the big neon sign is always the correct assumption. he does want you to stay away from him. Today, tomorrow, and into the forseeable future, he wants you far away from him. We who wear mohawks and the variations thereon really are trying to get people to eff off.
