No, that is NOT lymph edema. I have known several people with it, and it does not affect the entire body like that. The edema usually concentrates in ONE and (only sometimes both) extremity very disproportionately.
Regardless, I don’t make fun of a person’s size on this site myself.
But I still find it remarkable that so many people ARE so out of shape, even if they are young.
This site is also about bad haircuts, and hairstyles, ridiculous clothing, obviously people who don’t have the manners or class to go out in public appropriately for their size, age, gender, or venue.
THAT is fair game.

Leggings are not pants! Especially if you stretch them to the point that they become transparent and anyone unfortunate enough to encounter you is forced to view your giant undies. I have to wonder what kinds of health problems you encounter when you get to the point that your ankles are almost as wide as your very large hips.
