A guy around here years ago used to build cars like that. I think he did a herse a Buick electra and few others. Did a nice job too

This is much better than what I once saw(not at WM though). I was leaving work and coming up to a 4-way stop. In the other direction was a Monte Carlo that was raised up. I thought it was a 4×4. But when it turned, I could see it was a UAV(Urban Asshat Vehichle), with cartoonishly oversized wheels with barely any tire.
