I feel sorry for these people, this is probably everything they own. A sad commentary on our society that people come to such a sorry state.
That said I am glad I am in Connecticut and never will have to worry about their tie-down straps giving out scattering their life’s possessions all over the road, or lose control when a rear spring snaps and the shock absorber impales a tire sending them careening off the road.
