OMG this guy is everywhere in my home town and he lives in my Grandma’s building. He has a car that is broken down in the in the parking lot and bikes everywhere and has always had the green hair!!!!!

I grew up in Wheeling, IL, this guy has been a staple since I can remember and I’m 32. He rides a bike everywhere and can usually be seen on the stretch of Milwaukee Avenue that runs between Lake Cook Road and Euclid Ave. He used to frequent the old K-Mart in Wheeling until it closed down. Guess he moved on to Wal-Mart.

I’ve seen this guy walking on Milwaukee between Dundee and Lake Cook Road 3 times now. The first time he had big orange gloves on and was riding his bike, the second time he had a pink umbrella, and just today he was leaning up against the bus stop on Milwaukee Ave. I’m so glad other people have seen him, i’ve been wondering about it ever since I saw him. I saw him for the first time a few months ago. It’s amazing that he’s been around for so long and all of you have seen him for year!
