to the people talking about the 2 different plates if you state doesn’t require you to have a front and back plate you can put another state plate on the front, it can be confusing but it isn’t illegal. At least not in the states I have lived in, lol.

WV only requires a rear plate, so any thing can be placed on the front as decoration, there are lots of people around here who drive European cars and get decorative European style plates for the front of their cars. its nice to see a photograph taken in WV that gets compliments and not a bunch of incest comments.

Its a couple of guys who do children’s parties. They are from Philippi, WV and the vans can often be seen parked in the lot across from the Sheetz gas station there. I have no idea why they do it nor who the hell would hire them to cosplay a movie from what, 25 years ago? Philiipi has its share of weirdos. There’s a guy we call Cowboy who is in his 70s, retired from the carnival or circus or something as a sharpshooter and still dresses like a 1950s cowboy.
