I am positive that this is in Valpo, Indiana. I used to work with that guy liek 6-7 years ago and he had the same shoes than. He also works at Wal-mart in Valpo, I think this is when he was in there on a day off. If there was something wrong with the controller he is looking at this is the kinda guy who would try and fix it. Also the guy i talking about is 100% image of this guy!!!
