It takes guts to wear that outfit, and I applaud him. The only clothing that really has a gender are bra’s and jock straps. I say if it’s comfortable, wear it.

He’s got pretty good legs for a guy in a skirt. I’ve believed for a long time that men should wear skirts rather than pants because the anatomy is more suited to skirts than pants. Women don’t “hang” to one side or the other, so pants work well.
But no miniskirts on the guys for this reason:
