OMFG…I have actually seen this lady out in public before. She is dressed like that 80% of the year, when it is colder out, she wears a cammo blankie tossed over her. She drives a mobility scooter around a particular intersection in North Phoenix pretty much daily and she sings to the music that isn’t coming out of her old hand held AM/FM radio with its antenna up… HILARIOUS!

Cave creek and bell road she stands there in the middle of the night quite often and yells and sings and just walks back and forth!!!! LMAO recognized her damn dress!!! I just text everyone of my friends that see her alllll the time and they are all looking for this picture… LMAO!!! Small world,….
