This clown is an employee at the Kietzke ave Wal-Mart in Reno, NV. His job is safety, but he rides a bicycle around the store. I don’t get Wal-mart’s logic on this either but at least he makes balloon animals, and is generally a nice guy.

he lived under the wells st. bridge and saved all his money to pay for some kind of medical bills that his son had. He doesn’t work there any more.
