Holey Shit! I’ve definitely seen this guy… We tried stalking him for a photo but were less than fruitful.
YES! – That Confederate Flag on that sweet-ass denim jacket is HAND PAINTED!
You can’t even tell in the photo that he has all kinds of fabulous glitz & glam necklaces and trinkets around that there cowboy hat.
And if you were wondering: Yes, he is crippled and walks with a thug-ass limp!
