The sanitary issues attached to hair this long are stomach churning. Yuck.
Why? It looks clean, combed and held back with a scrunchie/ponytail holder.
Although, it looks a bit scraggely, I’d trim off the ends to even it up.

It kind of looks like she is wearing clothes that a nurse of nurse assistant would wear, which makes you wonder it that hair has been in some nasty areas. As for tail, at least it is her hair and not some weird ass thing she put on.

Something no one thought of is this. Some women grow their hair this long and then have it cut to donate to an organization that turns it into wigs for cancer patients. Maybe she is doing this for that noble cause.
The only thing I would suggest is that she put it up somehow to prevent the damage that it is obviously suffering.

I used to have hair like this. I got tired of paying for terrible hair cuts and stopped cutting it. My hair would stick out the bottom of my coat, but it added an extra layer of warmth and didn’t blow in the wind.
When I went to the bathroom, I would toss it around my neck first. It NEVER touched the toilet.
Also hair that long it a ton EASIER to take care of than short hair. It does not tangle as easily, it also does not end up in the shower drain – it ends up in the hairbrush.
At night I tossed my hair over my pillow and between the mattress and head board. Out of the way no matter which way I turned and did not tangle.
I ended up cutting my hair to see what short hair is like. It tangles all of the time now, clogs the drain, and I still can’t find a good hair stylist so my hair looks like crap. Way more work now.

goodness sake!!! leave her alone!! long hair is acceptable ppl!!! i use 2 have long hair like that except mine was just 2 my butt, and i was about 6-9 ppl always said “ur hair is beautiful!!” “I wish i had ur hair!” ect and some kids made fun of me 4 it, so just leave her alone! whatever her reason 4 her pretty/beautiful long hair i think its great
