I’m going to be the loyal opposition here. My best guess is that was a line spoken by Fran, in the middle of a very spirited moment of conversation. So much so, that it became part of family lore. My family has a few quotes like that. Not as colorful as that, but dear to us nonetheless.
So…. Fran is now gone, and in salute of him/her, the shirt is made. The ultimate inside joke, but we have to read it. In poor taste; but actually understandable.

The 1st thing i asked myself when i seen this was, “what does it say on the other side of the shirt? Maybe it would make more sense if i knew?” and i thought it strange that after 73 comments, no one else has brought that up.
So i made up my own story of the late Fran and the mysterious shirt and added the punctuation marks that the printer must have overlooked.
There was a contest included in Fran’s last will and testament.
If anyone can guess what’s on the front of the T-Shirt they win
a free fried chicken dinner.
