Here’s the creepiest part, folks. I actually saw this guy dressed exactly like this 8 years ago when I lived in PA. He can be seen in Hagerstown MD and Chambersburg PA which are about 20 miles apart.

You forgot to mention the best part about this guy…he is wearing TED hose! Most people who wear TED hose (compression stockings) actually have the instinct to cover them up with regular socks and pants, but no, he boldly goes there. I suppose if you’re not concerned about your underoos showing, ted hose would be a lesser concern…
