YES!!!!!! Why let all that perfectly good road kill go to waste? Hacksaws in the home improvement section, additional tarps and buck knives can be found in sporting goods. Thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart.
this is not anything abnormal…i bet this was found at a rural walmart as it is bow season now. during gun season over thanksgiving week you will see more of this all throughout the state….many people in wisconsin depend on venison as a staple in their diets
Wisconsin? And people up north call people down south Rednecks? And why does the deer’s butt look like that? Can’t you just hear the music from Deliverance right about now…….
Totally half-assed. Trunks on those Fords are big enough to put at least four full-grown adult humans in if you stack ‘em right. Only know because my wife drives one… and you’d be amazed at what she can cram in there.
Oh Jesus.
If I saw this in front of me I might have cried.

Low prices everyday.
You can’t get cheaper than free.
That thing was destined to die from the moment it was born.
Glad to know it’s going to be a tasty steak or sausage.
Better than being some hunk of decaying flesh eaten by flies and worms.
Some people see this and say “ew, gross”. I see this and wonder why the great white hunter didn’t strap his trophy to the roof of the car instead of leaving it dangle out of his trunk.
Yep. I’m from Wisconsin.

The best part about this photo is that this is not an out-of-the-ordinary sight in Wisconsin during the fall/winter. Usually, however, people are more classy and display the entire dead deer on the top of their car or in the bed of their pick up truck.
Sick sick sick. This is even worse than the guy I saw once in Rochester NY driving an old Ford LTD with a buck lashed to the top of the trunk. Imagine how this car will smell forever after. Somehow, I don’t think the owner cares.

From living in nature, only the songs of birds and the wind gently whistling through the pines, sipping water from a glassy lake………….to stuffed in a dirty trunk with a blue tarp, your ass cut open….in WALMART PARKING LOT…….God Bless America !!!!!!
i am sorry so many ignoramuses don’t recognize a gutted deer during hunting season…i have never been hunting nor lived in the country and I can tell this is not a mutilation but a butchering to prepare for being being used for food. grow up for pete’s sake and go watch the movie “Defiance” and don’t tell me you wouldn’t eat what was set before you if you were starving. plenty of folks are hurting financially these days and a deer like that is good eating for quite a while. MYOB and don’t knock it til you try it.

Well another one from good ole Wisconsin….
Well at least neither are out of sorts. Just stop by for a visit sometime in November.
Could have been Alabama, but the car is too new-oh I forgot they traded in their klunker pickup—had to be a doe or the other end wouild have been showing—
Bambie got his number drawn. Next time we are going after that rabbit friend of his.

OMG!! I would so do this!!!! Looks like they gutted the deer before placing in the trunk.
to the person who said put it on the hood.-um the heat from the engine would heat up the deer and cause the meat to spoil. Ive seen one in a back of van during deer season in Oklahoma. Brings back so many good memories.
…Well, he did put the tarp down guys. I mean come on, he’s not about to get deer carcass all over his new spare tire!

My only question here. What was so important to pick up at Walmart that you couldn’t have dropped the deer off first? There’s one item in that store that this guy said, “Damn, I got to this deer home, but first I need to pick up ___.”?
ha!
my roommate hit a deer in ohio that ended up looking like that…
she was going 70 – it caught its face on her head light – it swung back around, hit her side, and fell off. when they got out to look – its guts has burst out its rear and were in a nice little pile about 20 yards farther back.

Mommy, why is Bambi hanging out of that car’s trunk? And why is his ass bleeding? Did he use Sam’s Club toilet paper too?
No honey, he just got violated by the hunter before the hunter decided to stop at Wal-Mart to pick up some lube… we don’t want to be in the parking lot when he gets back.
I wonder if the hunter used a “butt-out”, which can conveniently be purchased at Wal-Mart….

C’mon now….you honestly can’t drop your deer off at home before you go to walmart? Unless walmart has recently become a check station there is no need for to bring your deer to walmart.
Okay, if I had to hazard a guess as to where in Wisconsin this was, my guess would be Sheboygan County. Only someone from Sheboygan County would put the deer in the trunk.
Haha.!

How many idoits are on this site!!!! This is a very “obviously” feild dressed deer NOT roadkill. However, I have to say that this person was either trying to show off, which you shouldn’t do unless it has a hell of a rack on it (and then the other end should be hanging out) or is just a complete idiot. It’s only one doe…..I’ve put 2 in the trunk of my Cavalier and still been able to close the trunk!!!! And for those tree huggers out there, just shut up, I’m a single mom, my 14 yr old daughter and I both hunt (my 10 yr old boy can’t wait to be old enough). The meat from hunting cuts my grocery bill in half all year, I can’t remember the last time I bought any kind of beef product. And it doesn’t make the trunk smell as long as you put a tarp under it.

I haven’t taken the time to read all of the comments but….maybe this is where the guy in Kentucky got the antlers for his hood. Also, the deer’s rectum is severed. I can’t help but wonder which “other” activities may have lead to the demise of this deer.

Okay that is so not something I was expecting from Wisconsin! That’s pretty bad cause I’m from the South and I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything close to that! No kidding

There’s better ways to put the deer in the trunk than having it’s hind end sticking out. They have the tarp there, if it was hanging for a while it wouldn’t be dripping too much blood anyway. Put the back in first, so that only the hooves are sticking out the trunk. (Done it before…live in Wisconsin
That’s RIGHT! Deer meat is awesome people here in MO like to hunt too! =D

I went to a Walmart in Chantilly, VA in the mid-90’s and there was an old, beat up station wagon double-parked in front with a dead deer tied to the top with blood trickling down the side. Little kids that saw it going into and out of the Walmart were freaking out. My guess is that the guy(s) ran out of ammo and decided to swing by the local Walmart to pick up some more…

Wow. Those Ford’s have small trunks. I’ve managed to fit deer in the trunk of my Saturn and they don’t hang out like that, and I was able to completely close the trunk. Of course, I usually shop at Target, so…
Some of you have been wondering why the guy didn’t tie it to the hood of his car. It’s simple. The hunter thought he’d save himself some time in flavoring the meat by using his tailpipe as a smoker.
I could have sworn I saw venison rub at this store before.? Just think it was just laying there on the road and it didn’t smell all that bad either and once we clean the maggots off it should be some real good eaten.

I don’t understand how this picture offends so many people…If this hunter is hunting for sustenance, which I would imagine they were, then any meat-eater out there should understand the process behind butchering an animal. He/she may have a somewhat crass way of transporting their kill, but if that were their only means of transportation, then you gotta do what you gotta do. Vegetarians/Vegans can choose to be offended, but need to realize that hunting is a legitimate source of food for many people in this, and other, countries; so don’t be so critical of how they chose to move this animal.

And tonight we were out late.
We took a ride out to the
country and hit a deer.
That’s where all the blood is from.
Jimmy told you.
It reminds me, I need this knife.
I’m taking this, okay? Just for a while.
The poor thing.
We hit the deer and his paw…
What do you call it? The paw.
- The hoof.
- Got caught in the grill.
I got to hack it off.
Ma, it’s a sin to leave it there.
I’ll bring the knife back.
Delicious.

I wish I was there with a pair of walkie-talkies. Toss one in next to Bambi and walk 100 feet away and wait for the great white hunter to return…
“Hey buddy, you mind turning the heat on? Since you gutted me I’ve been a bit chilly. Thanks.”

Some of you have been wondering why the guy didn’t tie it to the hood of his car. It’s simple. The hunter thought he’d save himself some time in flavoring the meat by using his tailpipe as a smoker.

I really don’t see a problem here, looks rather normal to me. I just can’t believe he left the deer unattended, somebody could steal it. You know how those Wal-Mart people are.
