Hmm. I also live in Illinois and once waited on a guy we described as “Santa Garcia”. He smelled like weed, couldn’t complete a sentance and went around waving at all the kids oblivious to the terror he was spreading among them. He wanted a well-done but not burnt steak which he sent back twice since it’s impossible. Then he invited himself back to the kitchen to look at our grill and tried to sell my managers wood when they escorted him out. That looks just like him.
