I have those exact same shorts. And yes, they did come from WalMart and only cost $5! The strings on the sides are adjustable so you can make the sides as long or short as you want. Trust me, she has adjusted the strings to make them as short as possible then she hiked them ALL the way up! I don’t even wear the pair I have out of the house….they are intended for loungewear ONLY!! I couldn’t imagine being caught in public with them on.
