I have several union suits and footed pajamas. I am also over 200 lbs.They are are comfortable to sleep in so I really do not care what others think. But I would not wear one out in public unless I was going to a pajama or Halloween party. You can get union suits online from Jc Penny and get footed sleepers from jumpinjammerz.. Very comfortable on a cold night.
