Actually if this was taken in Houston or the surrounding northwestern area I believe this is a member of the Texas Renaissance Festival staff. When I went a few weeks ago he was hiding in bushes to scare the crap out of passerby. Seriously, I’m not joking at all. I saw it close up and it was quite elaborate!
