Looks like the Walmart in Colorado Springs on 8th St that backs up to 25. Some interesting people can be spotted there in the store and parking lot. That Walmart does face towards the mountains.
As for his outfit…….. I can’t believe it. Someone still has one and WEARS IT proudly. And NO, we did NOT ski in these things EVER. Besides, that picture was taken in the summer as you will notice that the people around are wearing shorts and t-shirts.
