I have to assume that this guy, in a fit of rage after a monster truck rally or tractor pull, ripped off his sleeves and then went to Wal-Mart to get a few cases of beer to enjoy on the couch on his front porch.

No I’ve seen this before on the Discovery channel. Its called a ‘HONDO’ and supposedly, infact proved by the Myth Busters, will stop an arrow when warn by a retreating spanish calvaryman. As it blows in the wind it beats the arrows away.
