I’m pretty sure it photoshopped. I see pixelation under the right “breast” that doesn’t correlate to the rest of the image. That could be where they photoshopped nipples. The light is uneven from her “back boob” to her arm as well. Plus, if you look at the line down her back, it’s uneven. I think we’ve been hoodwinked.
