This is not a Wal Mart shot. This man is famous in Tallahassee. I am in St. Pete and know about this man. He had a brain injury from what I remember from the article and has no other way of transportation and his cognitive abilities were effected. Ok, I work in Tallahassee, Florida, and this is the same guy that bikes by my work almost every day! He’s f’ing crazy, bikes on all the busiest roadways. He sweats A LOT so he says that the speedo keeps him cool. Sweaty dude, trust me!
