I take issue with this. While I can sympathize with the thought, didn’t you ever learn to not judge a book by its cover?
My dad had COPD and “looked” fine. He couldn’t make it from the car to inside the lobby w/o needing to sit down to catch his breath… so he definitely needed the cart.
This guy could arguably have the same issue… or even a temporary leg or circulation issue that isn’t evident by just looking at him…
