That is a guy with hair. Stretch marks wouldn’t show up so prominently like that, I think. Not when the camera is obviously a poor quality one. Stretch marks on a crappy camera would just fade out, and you would never see them.
Besides that, look at the hips compared to the legs. It’s hard to see because the knees bend, but that’s the straight up and down line of a biological male.
