I used to have a hat like that… when I was like 6!!! Got it from Wall Drug South Dakota I think? If you look back about 11 page you will find his first pic (I think?) and I think he may have the saw next to him on the bench there too. I think it is a cane. Seriously, I have seen this guy on the street. I call him “The Wizard.” He dresses exactly like that every day of the year, regardless of weather. Didn’t always use the saw cane, though. Maybe it’s new? He used to sell things on the side of the road. From what the receptionist at my old vet’s office (where I came close enough to touch him) says, he’s a really nice guy and has a lot of animals. I haven’t lived in that area for a while, so I don’t know what he’s up to these days. I can’t stress how very serious I am that this is no joke.
