I used to spend a lot of time on the computer myself, watching videos, listening to music, writting in forums etc. I wasn’t overweight, but I let myself go a lot, didn’t get things done, slept in late … It took me several months to change my lifestyle and there have been many fallbacks. I changed my diet from chips, soda and other junk to fruit, veggies, nuts, water and teas.
I think this guy might want to consider the long term effects of what his lazyness has brought upon him. Instead of buying all those video games, invest in some healthy life style changes.
This picture is a replica of an image I had what I feared I would turn into. Thank goodness I have a good imagination and know how gross this looks, especially to hot babes.

This is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. It pisses me off as a gamer. I just wanna reach in there, take that PSP, slam it on the floor and stomp it, and then proceed to reach my hand through all the facial hair and fat folds on his neck and put a death grip on his throat to choke the unused life out of him, all while screaming “WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?” Seriously, God didn’t put us on this earth just to waste away like this. I’m just left wandering if this kid even has any goals in life. It’s truly… heartbreakingly………. pitiful.

Aw, I actually feel genuinely sorry for this poor kid. I love this site, but this is honestly the only picture that has ever stung me a little. He is overweight, and he obviously has to know that. The poor kid is probably tormented everywhere he goes. This isn’t one of those stupid hillbillies with a mullet that deserves ridicule, poor guy. Sorry I’m a sap.

All my life I’ve wanted a flat and firm stomach, that is why I decided to make a change. By increasing the amount of exercise I did each day and watched what I ate, I was able to easily lose belly fat and get the flat stomach I’ve always wanted.
