Guns Up, Let’s Do This

5591

Like it really matters what I say right here. You are all just going to jump into the comments section and either call the other person a jerkoff for trying to take your freedom away and that bad guys don’t listen to gun laws or you’re going to call the other person a jackass for needing an assault rifle around children. Either way I think I’m going to start carrying tomahawks just because I think they look badass, but that’s just a personal thing. You don’t have to follow me on that.

I am a gun rights advocate but the AR is too much. As for you Mr. Kemp I carry and I have no shortcomings. My dick is 9in long and my gun is always loaded. It takes a person like you with a lot of penis envy to make remarks like that. If you don’t like guns MOVE AWAY! You can buy one way plane tickets at the airport right now and move to another country. I bet no one will stop you either. and take that idiot Obama and all of his supporters with you. :)

The guy in the 2nd pic is a friend of mine. He’s an FFL and local gun shop owner. He’s honestly just being courteous by open carrying in the first place, because he can legally carry concealed.

Ian Kemp — Most OCers don’t carry unloaded weapons. And I certainly would never carry one while CCing.

Almost makes you curious to find out if they really know how to use those things, or if they’re just dickless losers wearing them for show.

I’m guessing dickless losers, a danger to everyone in the store.

This idiots are carrying these guns to look cool, they are a replica of the real guns, I quickly would call the cops, and hopefully see their ass go to jail, or get shot dead by mistake just for being so stupid, there’s kids walking around in those stupid stores.

People buy ammo at WalMart all the time. Often they buy it and head straight for the range. Would you rather have these guys leave their guns in their cars where they can easily be stolen?

Open carry is just asking for trouble from police and from criminals. Stick a gun in the face of the guy with the AR and tell him to take it off and put it on the ground and you have a brand new AR. Whats he going to do when a gun pointed at him by a crook and they are demanding his rifle? same thing with the guy with the holster. they will tell him to take off the belt and back away… or you can reach for it but get shot in the face… your choice.

After being mugged at gun point and your house broken into ( has happened to me) you would carry a firearm also. Especially around children because they are our future. We need more people armed to protect the children. “Calling 911 only takes seconds but waiting for the police to come may take the rest of your life”

Given the size of the magazines on both weapons, I’d venture that neither of them has much confidence in his marksmanship.

I’m for gun rights, but this is ridiculous, to think about carrying any of my weapons into walmart…. that’s the other thing, it’s not illegal to carry a weapon this way in public but it is to keep it where anyone can’t see (concealed carry). I think keeping it hidden would bring peace of mind to more people and cops could ask if your carrying and you’d say yes. Most criminals don’t register guns and carry them were everyone can see them, they have the gun around there crotch or ass crack or some other stupid place. so leave legal gun owners alone, bring the axe down on the the idiots with AK 47s in the ghettos.

If I’ve seen these two guys walking around Wal-Mart with guns, I would think they’re desperate for attention. They just want people to think they’re hardcore badasses, when really they’re just a bunch of tools.

    @ SFCRETIRED

Carrying a loaded gun is a whole different thing to an unloaded one, and thats what makes these open carry posers so dangerous. I have no problem with a legitimate permitted concealed carry, but then that shows the person has an understand what they are doing.

Where I live several “open carry” people have been mugged and had their unloaded guns taken off them!

The way I see it is “Open Carry” is the adult equivalent of wearing your superman undies to school.

    Lets see…

    I didn’t vote for Obama..
I dislike the NRA, I think they hurt the gun cause..
I am a Vet, did my 4 years back in the 70′s..
I think permitted concealed carry is fine..
I think open carry causes more problems than it solves..
I think people who open carry do more harm than good..
    I own several guns..
I think the 2nd amendment has it’s place, and walking around WalMart trying to play billy badass isn’t it.

Oh….and at my age I’m happy when my dick still decides to work

Just looking at my earlier comment and the thumbs up and down, currently 40 votes and the tally is -2. That probably is within an statistical error level so really a draw. And that is where the problem is with the country. We are split down the middle and the issue is polarizing, not much middle ground either you carry or you don’t.
But looking at consensus, most comments seem to think the man from Kentucky with the AR is just over the top out of place.
But the guy in Texas does not seem to cause any controversy. I am in the the Northeast and there is a lower tolerance of public display of guns than in Texas where the governor jogs with a sidearm.
I’ll stick with, just because it is legal does not mean you should do it, one of these guys I wouldn’t hesitate getting in line behind, the other makes me want to get as far away from as possible.
